Lighthouse Infrastructure currently manages two funds, the Lighthouse Infrastructure Fund Trust and the Lighthouse Energy Alternatives Fund.
The Lighthouse Energy Alternatives Fund (LEAF), has been created to capture investment opportunities from the transition to renewable energy arising from global decarbonisation of economies from climate change. LEAF is an evergreen fund which has a mandate to invest in renewable energy generation, storage, transportation and related energy infrastructure. LEAF targets assets in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
LEAF currently has investments in over 170MWAC in operating large scale solar assets in Australia and is actively seeking further investment opportunities.
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Planning permits have been obtained to co-locate Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at both Clare Solar Farm and Emerald Solar Farm.
Utilising existing connection infrastructure will maximise efficiency unlocking greater value for investors and Queensland communities.

The Lighthouse Infrastructure Fund Trust (LIFT) is an open-ended investment fund, which invests in sustainable Australian infrastructure that generates positive outcomes for society.
LIFT has been specifically designed to deliver long-term investors strong, sustainable, income-driven returns which are correlated to inflation. This is achieved via a number of unique features including:
- A socially responsible, UN SDG-aligned investment theme;
- A focus on renewable energy and social infrastructure, with scope for investment in select utility and transportation sectors;
- No leverage utilised at asset or fund level, designed to deliver a reduction in volatility of returns and costs;
- Investment in small-mid scale opportunities where there is less competition and more attractive pricing;
- An innovative, value-adding approach to originating, structuring and managing underlying assets and portfolio risk.
