07 Oct Lighthouse Infrastructure refinances Emerald Solar Farm

In October 2017, Lighthouse Infrastructure acquired 100%, through the Lighthouse Solar Fund, of the 72MW(AC) Emerald Solar Park. The project became fully operational in early 2019 and generates enough electricity to power approximately 35,000 Queensland homes and abate emissions of around 130,000 tonnes of CO2e annually. Emerald is supported by a long term PPA with Telstra.

We are delighted to have retained NAB and Westpac as our financiers to Emerald – two of Australia’s leading banks.
