07 Sep Adrian Harrington joins Lighthouse Infrastructure as Senior Advisor
Lighthouse Infrastructure (Lighthouse) is delighted to announce that Adrian Harrington will be working with our business as a Senior Advisor.
Adrian will be working closely with the team on its Affordable Housing investment strategy, capital raising, government engagement and Community Housing sector relationships. His responsibilities will extend to membership of the Lighthouse Affordable Housing Steering Group and Investment Committee, alongside Daryl Browning, former long-term CEO of ISPT.
Adrian has more than 30 years’ experience in funds management, real estate, government and the not for profit sectors and is a leader in developing solutions for Australia’s housing affordability challenge. Adrian is the former Chair of the Federal Government’s National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (NHFIC) and former Chair of the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute (AHURI). Adrian is currently a Non-Executive Director of Summer Housing and a member of the University of Canberra’s Planning & Development Committee. He has held senior positions at Charter Hall, Mirvac, James Fielding, Deutsche Asset Management and the Property Council of Australia.
