Lighthouse Infrastructure Trust No:1

Lighthouse Infrastructure Trust No1 (LIT1), is an unlisted trust with a mandate to invest in special situations within the infrastructure listed sector. LIT1 was seeded in March 2009.

LIT1 is a wholesale investment fund and achieved its first close in June 2009.

Lighthouse Infrastructure Holdings is part of Lighthouse Group investing in listed securities.

Lighthouse Absolute

Lighthouse Absolute, is an unlisted trust which invests in Australian listed securities. Investment commenced in March 2009.

Lighthouse Absolute expects to be open for investment in the second half of 2010.

Advisory Services

Lighthouse selectively provides strategic advice to its clients in sectors or transactions where it has specific expertise to add value. Lighthouse is able to assist its clients raise capital in projects or acquisitions in the alternative asset sector.
